Alvin and the Chipmunks The Road Chip Launch Quad

They’re back! If you’ve already seen the previous Alvin and the Chipmunk movies – You will NOT be disappointed!

I’m always a bit wary of great movies that may get ruined slowly, sequel after sequel, praying it’s not a ‘watered down’ version of the original at it’s best, but if I may boldly state, (and, yes, you may quote me)

“I think these Alvin and the Chipmunk movies are getting better” Chanel Williams

Even if you haven’t been fortunate enough to watch the previous movies yet, it is a fully self-explanatory sequel, with no real background knowledge that’s not already brought up in the feature.

The movie starts with the lil cute ‘munks’ in the middle of a surprise birthday party for their ‘Dad’  and Music Manager Dave featuring Redfoo from LMFAO.

We are introduced the Dave’s new girlfriend, Samantha, who is a Doctor and her teenage son, Josh, and it’s looking as though they will become a permanent fixture in Dave’s new life. The chipmunks are happy for Dave, but the girlfriend’s son, well, he’s another story! (I’ll let you see why, for yourself!)

Anyway, after a few misunderstandings the Chipmunks are afraid of being ‘dumped’ by Dave and they set out on a ‘Road Chip’ to stop Dave proposing to his new girlfriend in order to secure their future and rid themselves of the irritating Josh!

The story develops the relationship between the Chipmunks and Josh and is full of music, fun and laughter with a few highs and lows thrown in.

Meanwhile, we get a peek at the beautiful and talented Chipettes, who are now judges on ‘American Idol’ on TV. See the clip below …

The Chipettes take some time out to help the boys out with a performance.

This is the ideal family movie and is perfect for the half-term break and to be honest, you’ll probably want to watch it again – so a DVD purchase is a necessity!

Absolutely Love this Film – A Must See!
