Fashion Designer Tina Lobondi To Host Charity Event During London Fashion Week AW17

During this coming London Fashion Week AW17, global fashion designer Tina Lobondi will be hosting a red carpet event for her charity ESIMBI.
#ESIMBI, an educational social enterprise in aid of children in the UK and Congo, has partnered up with The Estate Magazine to celebrate its first birthday and to set in place future plans with an exclusive evening of art, fashion, photography and music.

On: Friday 17th February 2017,

At: the prestigious One Whitehall Place

Whitehall Ct, London SW1A 2EJ, UK

Starting: 700pm-1000pm.

Grab your ticket HERE

This charity is supported by many celebrities including, Actress, Thandie Newton and Footballer, Steven Nzonzi.

Tina’s vision for ESIMBI is to empower young talented people to be able to work for themselves and pursue their dreams in the UK and Congo.

It’s lovely to see a successful designer use her influence to benefit others, particularly one from the African/Afro Caribbean community.

I have much respect for entrepreneurs who give back and as a black woman, can appreciate the need for more role models and mentors for young black girls in particular.

Growing up, I didn’t really see any successful business women that I could identify with, but it’s lovely to see this changing and to see us help each other to succeed.

ESIMBI T-Shirts are sold to raise money, as well as events like this.

So, come on fashion lovers, either grab a ticket to this prestigious event or support the cause and buy a ESIMBI T-Shirt from here ESIMBI.org

ESIMBI are always looking for volunteers and mentors to assist at various workshops and events too, so if you can assist in any way, get in touch.

I am lucky to be invited to the fundraiser this Friday, so will be reporting back on how it went…look out for photos, I hope I spot a celeb or 2  😀 x
